LG Commercial Laundry Products are already
well established in the US, the UK and Asia and their
products have quickly established a solid reputation for
durability, innovation and environmental efficiency. LG
Commercial washers and dryers utilise patented direct
drive motor technology which eliminates belts and pulleys,
reduces noise levels significantly and minimises maintenance
when compared to standard machines.
The initial range on offer will be the
Giant-C washers and dryers. Designed for loads up to 10kg,
the Giant C washers and dryers have larger capacities
than the main competitive commercial brands, while the
front loading washers offer commercial cleaning performance
while using significantly less water and detergent than
top loading machines.
The good news for Janitorial and Hospitality Suppliers
is that LG Commercial laundry Equipment will be supplied
solely through distribution channels. The availability
of this equipment at competitive pricing enables suppliers
that up until now, have been locked out of the Laundry
Equipment market, to offer competitive a high quality
commercial laundry solution to their customers that includes
equipment and consumables.
Equipe will be actively promoting the
use of Brightwell dosing equipment in combination with
the LG washers and has developed a simple plug in system
for Brightwell dispensers which will be offered as an
option for the equipment. Automatic liquid detergent feeds
eliminate messy powders and offer lower operational costs
for end-users with more consistent wash results, improved
safety as user contact with wash chemicals and bleach
is virtually eliminated and an improved environmental
foot print through the accurate dosing and reduced use
of chemicals.
The LG Giant C range will be available
as stand alone machines or stack washer/Dryer or Dryer/Dryer
combos. Non-coin machines are expected to be available
for distributors from early July, with coin operated models
later in Q3. Gas dryers are expected to be available later
in the year. The machines have Electrical approval to
Australian Standard AS/NZS:60335.2.7:2009
Equipe Solutions have offices in most
capital cities, including a new office in Perth and are
the Australian and New Zealand Distributor for Brightwell
dispensers, which include electronic chemical dosing pumps
for laundry equipment.
